We have been preparing the table d'hôtes for 8 years and we are serving with great care a quality meal with fresh produce collected from the best market gardeners, butchers, fishmongers, bakers from the Vaucluse region.
Respectful of the authenticity of our beautiful region, we showcase the Provencal cuisine, in all its simplicity and richness.
Many guests joining us every year in our beautiful Provence and revisiting with us, the healthy pleasure of a friendly and tasty cuisine, wished that we share with them the pleasure of creating together the dishes that will be served at table evenings.
This is how we wanted to respond favorably to all these requests very friendly and decided to start our cooking classes on this season 2018.
INSPIRATIONS OF SEASON
Isabelle recently graduated from the Ecole hôtelière d'Avignon will attend her Chef Franck. Together we will make recipes with fresh seasonal products and discover some techniques, such as raising fish fillets, cutting and carving and making simple dishes, taking care to bring aromas and flavors of Provence.

Saturdays from 15:00 (*) we will cook according to the seasons and desires of the moment, a complete menu, composed of an entry, a dish and a dessert of a glass of friendship. At the end of the course, we will have the pleasure of sharing this menu together around our table d'hôtes.
RATE: From 4 people 70,00 € per person including the evening dinner (excluding drinks) - Duration about 4 hours
On Friday around 18:30 (*) after harvesting some fresh herbs in the garden of the farmhouse, the Chef will introduce you to the making of Provençal verrines in order to realize with you a cocktail aperitif accompanied by a good fresh Provence rosé.

Depending on your desires and the seasonality of the products, it will be possible to make thematic menus around asparagus, tomato, melon ....
