Les Calanques de Cassis
(138 km - 1h25)Calanque d'En-vauCASSIS
Many paths lead to the Calanques de Cassis, but we propose you :
The Calanque d'En-Vau which is the most grandiose because of its high cliffs.
At the bottom is a pebble beach. One reaches it by the departmental road 559 which goes from Marseille to Cassis. In front of the military camp of carpiagne take the road which passes by the forest of the Gardiole, to continue until a carpark in height. The path goes down, the hill remains at the same level which makes that one sinks into a kind of parade which at the last bend opens on the sea.
The reward is great.
