Dinner at the Table d'hôtes

Participate in the table d'hôtes of the Mas des Arômes where Provencal cuisine is given pride of place... 
It is open in the evening only from 7.30 pm and is organised about 2 evenings per week according to requests and alternating with theme evenings. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours before your arrival. For reasons of conviviality and organisation, it can only be set up with a minimum of 6 adults, which is very often doubled! 
Depending on our busy schedule and despite your wishes, it is possible that the table may not be available on the evening of your arrival. We will contact you a few days before your arrival to make a precise point and find the solution best suited to your expectations.

Unlike a restaurant, the Table d'hôtes is composed of a unique menu taking into account "as far as reasonable", the intolerances of our guests of the moment.
The aperitif is served at 7.30 pm.
You play an instrument, you have a passion... This is the time to share it with us and to liven up our evening for the pleasure of all.

Each season has its pleasures

The Mas des Arômes is located in the largest orchard in Provence. We do not have a "typical" menu, our meals are made according to the seasonal products that we find in our markets in Provence. Each product has been selected with the greatest care and comes mostly from local producers.
Each season brings its own pleasures to liven up our table: Pissaladière, ratatouille, pasta with pistou, tian of vegetables, the sweet flavour of melon or tomato sprinkled with basil from the garden, Provencal stew, roast pork with sage, plancha of prawns, salmon, sea bream, red mullet or even scallops, just the love of good produce and the pleasure of sharing and conviviality.

Our menus set to the rhythm of the Rhone Valley

Take advantage of our evenings to enjoy a good glass of wine (extra charge) ... Passionate, Michel will select for you the best food and wine pairing.
Thanks to the Mas cellar, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Beaumes de Venise, or Côtes du Ventoux are on the menu, as are pleasure, seduction and discovery.
